With over 40 overseas tours under their belt, including Europe, Asia and America, Melbourne’s Pot-Pourri present their unique blend of international song, music theatre, cabaret, opera, magic, didgeridoo and comedy in a series of superbly entertaining shows, so hot they sizzle! Recently named BT Publishing's Australian Event Entertainer of the Year 2007, these talented artists hit those high C’s in Opera, belt out Broadway, seduce with song, dance up a storm, create magic and stir your soul with haunting ballads.
Pot-Pourri has a wide range of productions available to suit traditional and non-traditional indoor and outdoor venues, festivals and events as well as education shows for primary and secondary students and senior citizens’ performances. They can tour all of their shows concurrently.
The artists: Tania de Jong, Rebecca Bode, Jon Bode, Jonathan Morton and Rebecca Chambers have all performed with Australia's major companies. Recent performance venues include the Melbourne Concert Hall, Sydney Town Hall and Burswood Casino. The group has toured the globe, performing with the Seoul Symphony Orchestra and at major concert halls in Taiwan, USA, Europe, China and Japan. They have also represented Australia at the International Music Theatre Festival in Korea. The first Australian act invited to perform at the new Macau Concert Hall, Pot-Pourri wowed the Hong Kong Jockey Club and presented a highly acclaimed season in Kuala Lumpur. Their sixth album, Nella Fantasia, was launched in The Famous Spiegeltent during the Melbourne Festival.
