Marion Martin first performed on stage at the Empire Theatre Glasgow when she was just four years old. She is now widely regarded as the most dynamic and exciting singer Scotland has ever produced.
A beautiful and vivacious entertainer who appeals to all ages, she has that rare magic found in only the greatest performers- presence and excitement.
Over the years since She gave the historic first commercial concert in the Melbourne Concert Hall (Hamer Hall) Marion has established herself as a concert and recording artist of international stature.
Her platinum albums have sold non-stop worldwide for over thirty five years and her first album "Songs of Bonnie Scotland" has been placed in Glasgow's Peoples Palace Museum in recognition of her recording achievements.
Marion broke new ground by taking Scottish folk songs into the pop music charts and on to national television for the first time when her album "Flower of Scotland went "Gold" in just four weeks. Her recording of "Always Argyll" was chosen by Readers Digest to appear in their selection of the most requested songs from the BBC radio programme Family Favourites.
On stage she is the consummate entertainer - stunning, captivating, witty and warm. Her concerts are a sparkling cocktail of champagne musical memories and her vocal versatility is simply amazing. Her bewitching Scottish charm and her delightful lilting accent wins audiences the world over, but it is the sublime beauty of her voice singing much loved songs that reaches the heart and captures the soul.
