Nga mihi nui kia koutou katoa and welcome to the Performing Arts Network of New Zealand (PANNZ) Arts Market 2018, which will be held Tues 6 – Thurs 8 March 2018 at the MACs Conference Centre, Wellington, Aotearoa New Zealand.

The PANNZ Arts Market is a 3-day industry event for artists and producers, industry leaders and presenters from venues, festivals and touring agencies. The core of the Arts Market is the pitches, ‘bright ideas’, Eventfinda Showcase and the Ticketmaster Music Showcase in which New Zealand artists pitch their new work to presenters from theatres, venues and festivals. Forums, networking events and trade displays, support the pitch programme.  The Market is timed to coincide with the NZ Festival and NZ Fringe so that you can catch some of the best in New Zealand and international performing arts while you are in Wellington.

Register as a delegate now to join the PANNZ Arts Market 2018. When you register as a delegate you will be able to view the pitch line up for 2018 and the full programme. Meet artists, producers, industry leaders and presenters from venues, festivals, touring agencies and international arts professionals and discover what’s up and coming in New Zealand performing arts.

The PANNZ Arts Market is the only event of its kind in New Zealand. Since launching in 1999, it has become a vital forum for promoting original New Zealand work and knowledge sharing across the industry. PANNZ Chair, James Wilson said that he hopes the event "raises the cultural capital of Aotearoa" as it aims to "nurture, develop and support new voices and new ideas, and create opportunities for those voices to reach audiences right across the country."

Applications to pitch at PANNZ Arts Market 2018 are now closed. Artists and Producers interested in pitching in the future are encouraged to come along as delegates. Get to know the presenters and gather advice and ideas!

We thank Creative New Zealand for their long-term support. Without funding from Creative New Zealand the PANNZ Arts Market would not be possible.

PANNZ would also like to thank sponsors, supporters and partners: Wellington City Council, EVANZ, Ticketmaster, WREDA/Venues Wellington, Norwest, NZ Festival, Eventfinda, iTicket, PatronBase, Ungerboeck Software, Soar Print, Pacific Music Awards Trust, Baycourt Theatre, Q Theatre, CQ Hotels Wellington, Auckland Live, Auckland Arts Festival, National Touring Selector and Helen Cisowski.
